Application forms and guidelines

 

To apply for an SMK Campaigner Award you need to complete and submit an application form (see below) by 1pm on Monday 18th June 2012 and send it to awards@smk.org.uk

To apply, you need to be:

  • a UK resident
  • working on a campaign based in the UK (although the focus can be global, national or local)
  • relatively new to the field of campaigning with potential to develop as a campaigner
  • over 18 years old (or aged between 14 and 18 for the Shout Out! Award, or 60 or over for the Take Action Award)
  • based in London if you are applying for the London Social Justice or Shout Out! Award

Please note that the Shout Out! Award has a different application form and guidelines. Please ensure you complete and submit the correct application form.

Shout Out! Award application form

An award for 14 - 18 year olds based in London. If you are under the age of 18 you will need to print the application form and have it signed by your parent or guardian.
