Our 2010 award winners and finalists were announced announced at a special ceremony on Tuesday 21st September hosted by Jon Snow, Channel 4 Newscaster and Patron of SMK. Awards were presented by distinguished guests Lynn Faulds-Wood, Tony Juniper, Simin Azimi, John Stewart, Christine Townsend, Anna Raeburn and Lord Herman Ouseley. International Campaigner Bernard Wakoli joined the event via video to explain how the awards support package will assist with his work with the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community in western Kenya.  Photos from this exciting day are now available on Flickr.
